About Us
Meet HOME Non-profit
Our Mission
- Listen First
- Lead With Compassion
- Be Optimistic
- Do Not Judge
- Lend An Helping Hand
To remind those in distressed situations that there are people who care, acknowledge, and are working to create change in their lives and the community. We commit ourselves eagerly to the adaptation of our mission in order to meet the new challenges facing the homeless in our contemporary society. The spirit of God moves us to action with reverence for the quality of life for all we serve and the elimination of the causes of homelessness in our times.
Goals
The goal of Homeless Outreach Missionary Enrichment is to make connections with the homeless Veteran Community to ensure stable housing with tailored services and supports of their choice, such as health and behavioral health care, transportation, access to benefits, and more.
We ensure service to veterans experiencing homelessness, as a continuum of care which empowers our friends towards personal rehabilitation and proactive integration as productive members of the general population.
To provide every Veteran with opportunities to combine personal and community resources to affect physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Also, providing alternative ways to define and plan a treatment program that is firmly directed toward progress and recovery.
Public advocacy of culturally responsive practices to increase trust among the community, agency, and staff. The community is thus empowered with a voice in organizational operations.
Meet The Founder
Timitra Martin, MSW, RCSWI
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern in the state of Florida, working in Coral Springs and West Palm Beach.  I have diverse experience working with children, adolescents, and senior communities across many settings. I have serviced the community through providing on-site behavioral and mental health settings. I have and continue to be a beacon in the Guardian Ad Litem Program in Florida, curating a life of positive influence in the youth and families involved.Â
Â
I work with all humans who struggle with mental and behavioral issues. This may look like: withdrawal or avoiding social interactions, difficulty concentrating, changes in school performance, extreme irritability, difficulty sleeping, overall drastic changes in mood, behavior, or personality. I have experienced aiding those who come to therapy for support with family relational issues/transitions, anxiety, attention deficit and hyperactivity, behavioral problems, and depression. I strive to create a safe and open space where my clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions and behaviors. I have worked with clients ages 5 and beyond. I have found great success in working with clients with Autism and Executive Functioning, Anxiety Disorders, Social Issues, Children and Families dealing with divorce and Trauma. I have also worked with the LGBTQ+ population.

I believe in humanizing a strong therapeutic connection with my clients.
